I am a lifelong surfer, sailor, and ocean lover.

In addition to researching commercial aviation, I am a pilot myself. I hold a commercial pilot's certificate, multiengine instrument, with type-ratings in the Douglas DC-3 and the Cessna Citation (CE-500) light jet.

I am an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction.
